“As all Canadians I know that I have to socially isolate for the next few months and so I worried about continuing training at Elena's studio in person. I needed to continue working out in some way and I knew that I would not be successful by myself. That method had not worked countless times in the past. As a result, last week Elena and I experimented with using Face Time and Whatsup.instead of me being at her studio. I set up a mat, some weights and other items. Would it work? I have to say that once the phone was set up on the right angle so that Elena could see me exercise and hers was also enabling me to see specifically what she was asking me to do, it went wonderfully. The sound is great and so instructions are clear and I have to say that I actually sweated more than I had in person. I think that may have been because I wanted the new format to work and I tried perhaps a little harder with the same exercises. All I know is it works and now I have an opportunity a number of times a week to keep progressing in my journey to stay healthy and remain fit. We still check my weight every Friday as we have always done. Thanks so much for doing this Elena."
